CASSIE ELLIOT

Same passion. Different challenge.

Groundhog Day. It’s one of my all-time favorite movies, but it’s also how I look at my job. Every day I face the same challenge—how to sell more of my clients’ products and services. How to champion a cause or just make people aware that one even exists.

What changes is how I do it. Coming up with unique strategies.  Keeping up with ever-changing tactics. Remembering that people only respond to messages that engage them, matter to them and compel them to act.

The work you see on this site is here because it has achieved all of these goals. I hope to do the same for you and your clients.

Cassie Elliot Writing

Writing

Call me crazy but I revel in writing long content as much as a 30-second TV script, print-ad headline or a tweet. No matter what the medium, turning a strategy into a living, breathing voice that engages people and sells a product or service is what I love to do.

Cassie Elliot Direction

Direction

I have spent a career taking direction and giving it. I am a creative director who is thrilled to mentor and continue to be mentored. It’s a process that has endless moving parts and requires knowing how to staff a project and still make it come in on budget—and get results.

Cassie Elliot Advertising

Advertising

People remember ads that touch their hearts, illuminate their minds and spark their imaginations. Consumers only watch a TV commercial, read a print ad or click through a banner if the brand matters to them. Something has to connect. In that way, I’m a live wire.

About me.

I’ve been lucky enough to work on some of the most iconic brands in the world at some of the best agencies in the world. But I won’t recite my resume here.

What I will tell you is a few more things about myself that aren't on my resume. I have seen 5 of the 7 Wonders of the World. I'm a somewhat decent golfer. I prefer the Atlantic ocean over the Pacific. And I really don't think I could survive in a world without avocados.

When it comes to my work, I will let that speak for itself. Unless, of course, you would like to meet me and I will be happy to take you through it and answer any questions you may have.

Which begs the answer to one question I get a lot—about my name. No, my parents were not groupies of The Mamas & The Papas. My older sister lisped and couldn't say “Cathy.” Instead, she said “Cassie” and it stuck.
