This video was created to show a demo of Accenture’s Task Management Tool (TMT) and the advantages it can provide to government agencies as far as tracking various tasks. Key selling points included transparency and real-time updates. The video is used to upsell another modernization tool Accenture provides to its federal clients. Conceptually, it shows how a problem can arise out of nowhere, and be solved just as quickly.
